If I am unhappy with my selections upon receiving them, what do I do to get my money back?

I got credited via paypal after writing a bad review for items that were never shipped. They seem to respond to bad reviews... They offered me a coupon to remove a review that I had posted here. Open a ticket so that they're notified of your response, and just keep at it. They will be apologetic and nice, but they are making money off of people in a very dishonest way, I believe, so again, keep at it!

I really like Rosegal and most of their stuff but if your stuff came in not as you expected I'd have to side with everyone else on here. Just send them a message via a ticket and tell them the items were unsatisfactory and they you do not want to ship them back because the cost of shipping will be way higher than the worth of the items. That's what I've done in the past. And even though you are angry and feel as if you were cheated with false photos (because some of the items definitely do not reflect the photos at all) just be overly polite, and I mean OVERLY polite and tell them there has been some mistake. I received a full credit for any of my items that I disliked, and I did not have to ship them back, I just gave them away. True I say "full credit" because they did not refund my credit card but gave me a coupon for the full price of the items I bought and because I usually have great success here I was happy with that and ordered different items. I don't know how you may feel about the store now lol after this experience but this is what works for me and I continue to order from them. I wish you luck :)

Erin spare yourself the pain, don't even order from them in the first place. I am still waiting, months later, for the remainder of my refund. I am currently going through Paypal trying to resolve this. I just resent having to devote all these precious hours of my life attempting to get back money for shabby, shoddy, cheaply made clothing that I should have known better about ordering in the first place!

What I did was sent an email. I was not happy with the response but they were quick on responding.
