Girl... you may get screwed. I did. I had to call my bank. The clothes were way too small, made super poorly, horrible cheap material, and they made it impossible for me to return it and get a refund. All i can say is, good luck!

I had the same experience. I ended up going through VISA, my original method of payment, and filed a dispute with VISA. I told/showed them all of the ways I had tried to contact Rossegal and how I wasn't getting a satisfactory response. Visa ended up crediting my full purchase price back to me and I donated the Rosegal items that were about 4 sizes too small for me. My suggestion would be to work with your credit card company and file a dispute with them. If Rosegal doesn't respond to the credit card company's inquiries, you "win" the dispute.

The company Rosegal is a scam. The clothes are made with poorly made and the material is horrible. The sizes are all way to small. It takes forever to get your order because it comes from China and that is if you even get your order. If you can cancel, I would recommend it. Before ordering on line, research the company. That is the lesson I learned after ordering from Rosegal. I did a credit card dispute and got my money back. Horrible company and total SCAM!

Terrible. Ordered 3 things and all 3 wouldnt even fit a 8 year old.
All large and extra large.

They may write you a nice answer about accepting the return and giving a refund, but then when you receive the written note it will have some small detail that will keep them from standing behind their statement.

Post a negative review on this site and wait a few days. It should get their attention. Plus, everything you order from them usually takes a few months to arrive. Is it right? No. But, at least you get it, eventually. Just an FYI.
