Idk what to tell you. Everyone says there customer service was crappy but i didn't need to use it. That sucks that that happened

I never even received my order and still haven't been refunded back! They responded to my post on here to email them my order # but they are obviously stupid and didn't read my post because they never gave me an order # so how can I send them that. I'm going to keep nagging them until I get a refund I also filed a complaint with the BBB & a few other sites that deal with similar issues against the same company. I also intend to notify my bank that they are fraudulent charges. Wish I could help more :(

Have you left a bad review? After i did that i received an email that next morning. I just sent back an email saying i wanted a refund and how this website is bullshit!
