Remember that you can find products made in china all over the world, so they can be anywhere! Their website is a ghost company, so hard to get an answer from them, I bought a dress almost two months ago, and haven`t receive it! If you check the company they use to send the products it`s another website without contact information! So... probably it doesn`t exist either!

They don't provide one, you can only chat with a rep and when you try to do that you have to wait like 25 to 30 minute to get through.
