Yes, Paypal can help - if that's how you made your payment. I put in a claim with Paypal and, after a lot of going back and forth (with Rosegal refusing to help at all), I eventually got all my money back from Paypal. It's a shame that none of us read these reviews BEFORE we put our orders in with Rosegal. It's a very stressful experience, and I can assure you that Rosegal will not help - they'll string you along, but that's all. Make you Paypal claim now. Good luck!

This company is out of China. Once I place my order, I waited about 6 weeks and still hadn't received it so I started complaining every day on their Facebook page. They then blocked me. 3 months after I place my order I finally did receive it, but it barely fit my 7 year old when I ordered a medium for an adult.

You will get your order some day. I was not even happy when I received it all. The quality or material is thin and not of the quality we are waiting for. I will never ever order their stuff again.

In my case I received all items, but they absolutely not as on the pics! Just good for be in garbage can! I asked for a return and they said I have to ship them back to China. Shipping cost is over 30$... I paid 59$... no way that paypal will stand on my side... I feel so sorry for you!

I have had much the same experiance as Casey M and I have no complaints. I have placed 10 orders for about 30 items. Since I carefully read all the help information I have not had one problem or question about anything. A few of the clothes were Asian sizes and they clearly advise this if they are. They supply an international size guide with measurements that works perfect as they have many thousands of happy international customers from around the world. Each item is not based on the same sizing as they come from different suppliers so I read the sizing guide provided for EACH item. The quality is absolutely fine for the price they charge.
I have opened 2 support tickets since I started using the site and had 48 hour responses and they supply a support ticket number immediately.
Did you receive a support ticket number? If not, that sounds like your starting point as they may not have received your web placed request.
Same regarding their phone service. They must receive a multitude of calls on the numbers they provide in their Help section ( call during the times they advise -- their time zone) and they must to get through okay. I haven't had any problems yet either. Hope that helps.

Good luck these people are crooks. Big scam my order was supposedly sent 20 days ago but the tracking number doesnt work and order number doesnt work to contact their support center. Forget about calling. Wish I would have read the reviews before I made an order. If I ever get my shirt it will probably be crap. Only good thing is it wasnt alit if money

They are in China so no. Their material is crap. The seams are not straight. I would call your bank. It cost me $55 to ship their crap back and I still never got my money refunded by them or Paypal because the tracking number I provided doesn't work for China. PayPal sucks ass too
