TOTAL SCAM!

You may or may not get it. My first order took 4 months to get. Stupidly I ordered more items ( the prices are so cheap). I have received a couple of them but not all. Some items I never got!

You probably will receive it, as they are shipping from China. If you did not pay for tracking, you will not get tracking info, however, if and when you do receive it, you probably won't be able to wear clothing items, cause they either too small or make with some cheap unwearable materials. Just from experience, hope this help.

I think they are a total scam. It is a business but a poor one. Items are cheap, look cheap and feel cheap, if you ever get them. I only buy now online from reliable places. I do my own research before I buy, Definitely stay away from online businesses in the orient.

I received my order late and I paid for expedited shipping. Then when I tried on the swimsuit I ordered, it was not the size indicated on the tag. I have called and emailed the company, trying to get a return address, and no one will get back to me. I am highly upset and I don't know what to do.

It is a total scam, if your clothing does arrive then it won't be as pictured and extremely poor quality. I used to constantly comment on their site to warn people but they blocked me x

1st. Adobe's a. IS OBVIOUSLY in their payroll. That couldn't sound more fake.
I ordered around the same time you did, received an email confirming it was shipped, still haven't got it. Service center said to check with my post office, I have. It simply isn't here. The comments on their Facebook page is full of warnings.

I love the clothes from Rosegal. I've being placing orders from the past 3 or 4 months every single week and i never lost one single item.
I can give you a little tip:!: Check if the item is available;
2: If the item is one size fits all, make sure the model is not asian;
3: never buy any clothes too cheap, you'll get what you paid for. (Never ever under US$10.00, i made that mistake before :( );
4: always use express shipment even if you need to pay for it.

I'm not going to said that i never got any cheap or bad clothing, but i buy at least 8 or 12 items per week, between clothes, accessories and everything that i like.

I've been expending at least US$120 a week with Rosegal, Nothing to complaint about them. At least not yet.

Total scam

All my items were sent separately, between 2/6 weeks, if you have a problem contacting them contact via Face Book and PM them! They will ask for your order number always responded within 24 hours and were really helpful! I was really pleased and loved my swim dresses!
