I ordered two dresses from rosegal and its been more than a month. And i didnt yet get it! Why is it so?

I paid for Expedited Shipping and when I contacted them they said
Although most orders sent with this service provider can arrive between 7 and 25 working days, some orders can be delivered up to 45-60 days after their dispatch. We shipped on April 23rd. Therefore your delivery deadline will expire on June 23rd. Paid to get it in a week and mow its 60 days. I'm leaving on vacation on the 21 hopping it comes before that

The same thing happened to me. I contacted their customer service and they told me to check the tracking number. No help at all. Probably shouldn't expect your packages to arrive. This site is the biggest rip off.

Send a message to the customer service. Give them your order date and number. And sek them to check it out for you.
