I have responded so many times about this company it makes me angry. They are still scamming people out of their money after all the complaints and bad reviews. Listen girls. It DOES NOT STOP WITH ONE ORDER! They not only charged me for what I ordered, but also got me for another 196.00 for things I didn't order. I ordered 1 item for under 20.00 including shipping. Never recieved anything, and when I finally got ahold of an actual human on the phone. They stated they could only help me if I gave them my bank account information and a copy of my drivers license! Do you know what they can do with this info? I can't be the first or last they've tried this with. They change the name of their companies often and change their phone numbers even more often. Call to order and no problem. Call because of an issue? Good luck. This company also goes under the name Sammydress, Dress lily and I can't even remember the others right now because it's late. SCAM!

Everyone has had this problem with them. The USA needs to delete their website. Oh how I wish that was possible. Please stop ordering from them. I had the same problem plus more. I never got a refund or credit. They absolutely STUCKS!

Adinea A, or Neiabr from Boston or whatever other fake handle you're using... You're full of crap. I tried to order from them and either got crap, the wrong items, or things that were broken. Their customer service is horrific and the do NOT refund your money. It's a scam. And you're a part of it.

Yes, they are a rip off! I have an item that i never received, from November! And you can't reach them on the phone, and when i tried to send a complaint, the computer system couldn't find my order number!

They are a very unreliable company. It took over a month to receive my coat. When it came, it had a hole in the pocket and they WOULD NOT let me return it. They just kept playing games, and all of the phone numbers are fraudulent.

Have not heard anything positive Facebook should not have such sites on their website too many people are scammed and out of money

I added another review so I will make this brief. I have no idea who is posting positive reviews. You have been ripped off. Swimsuits were exactly what was ordered and the size chart is inaccurate and the under wire on the top was hanging out before I even took it out of the package. They had to have known it was like that because it wasn't hanging out just a little. How did you pay for it? Work with your Bank if you paid for it that way. Take copies of your communication with Rosegal.com and some from this website to your Bank. Rosegal will try and use the bathing suit policy and maybe offer half you money but I believe with the Support of this Website and explaining that they won't provide a return address (the return address on your package is to a software company here in the U.S. so they have people working with them. If you want to order from China order through Ebay where they have your back because you can find the same kind of store's only if you have a problem Ebay has your back. Our U.S. money is very valuable in China it is like $6 to $1 U.S. dollar. I am sorry for you loss. I think given enough time people give up and they are making millions+. Order your swimsuits from Ebay, anyplace in the U.S. or go to the Goodwill Thrift shop where you can find NEW bathing suits. Hope you can find the other review I posted.
