NEVER buy from them. All the comments are not exaggeration. Have never witnessed such bad service. Ordered in August- never saw the goods and was never refunded. Total Scam.

This place is just a big scam the clothe are cheap and dont look like the picture ads they lie and will try to scam you at every turn. They do not answer or get back to you they give you bogus tracking and if you do get your order it is not worth having. If you can get your money back but again im still tryng to get my money back. I at least went thru paypal and now have an open case so i do have paypal to go to bat for me as a buyer. Good luck and pass the word for others so they dont end up like all of us.

The clothes are not as advertised, dont fit unless youre a midget size6'their customer service is non existant, and after 3months am still waiting for a refund. I think we should report them to "Watchdog" or consumer on-line service ombudsman I will if everyone backs me up!. These scam companies that are based abroad should come with a viral warning...

I am not surethis is a legitimate business. Still waiting for my order although I did get a response saying be patient. Takes 3to 25 days... ridiculous! Not the place for me...

I still wonder why so many people ignore accumulative negative experiences buyer has had with this scam of a website and why they people still insist on sending questions about validating this rose-gale website. I have decided that from now on I will ignore those questions coning from hesitant people and just delete them. Too much ode about something which should be clear by now to every buyer even if they already fell into the trap.

My opinion is RoseGal are scammers and their products are crap. I would never order from them. Their site should be shut down due to FRAUD! There are plenty of legitimate on line shopping sites... go elsewhere.

Good luck I ordered mine back in October they told me to stick it it will be weeks if not months before I get anything the response from them took 2 weeks alone. On top of it I have filed with pay pal to get refunded and they then gave pay pal the same nether lands post and China post bogus tracking numbers hopefully the thing is still in style when I get it lol.
