I ordered on 7/4 and still don't have my order. I'm chalking it up as lost money.

Good luck getting it! Mine took over a month and when I finally received it I was so disappointed! I could've made it my self. Not to mention it arrived in the tiniest package that fit in the palm of my hand. Wore it once and washed it and the colors (red & white) faded right away as if I had the shirt for 5 years! Never again will I order from there, paid extra to have it for the 4th and it came two weeks later. Waste of time & money... They show you such adorable clothes and when you actually get them you see it's something you could've made yourself and probably a lot cheaper! Had I of read the reviews before ordering I never would've bought it.! Good luck!

It took a while to get my order from them, but it IS coming from China, so I wasn't surprised. What bothered me was that the things didn't look or fit like they were supposed to. I read all the reviews that said to order a size up, but EVERYTHING was still WAY too small even one size up. We had about 12 things and ALL of them were too small. I could NOT get them to help me with a return so I ended up giving the whole bunch of new things to a friend who's daughter is tiny, so I wouldn't have to see the big package and get upset every day.

Basically. If you ordered thru PayPal call them and report rosegal and they should be able to get some or all money back if not then ya its a loss but hopefully they'll report the website and shut it down

I would keep annoying them! Email over and over... There is a number to call but it worked best when I let them know that I was going to post how horrible they are on as many sites as I could.

It always takes atleast a month plus. It will come soon, but you may not like what you recieve. If they reply to this saying sorry and they will fix it it is a lie they said that under my review and I was not contacted. Dont even bother talking to them they are rude and they lie.

I have an open disputed thru PayPal with them and they are still refusing to refund. This is not a reputable company and they are crooks. I have been dealing with them for over a month with no results and now PayPal is involved and still not getting anywhere :( money down the drain.

It took me two months to receive my item. It comes from China and beware it probably won't be what you expect. I purchased a romper and it looks like my niece made it.
