Unless you are Asian & wear a size 0, DO NOT order from them. Even if you are a size 0... DO NOT order from them! The graments come without any tags so they make the garments so low quality & in whatever size they want & you could ask for a 3x or size 4 & it would be the same garment. They are so poorly made that the first time you wear it will be your last. They don't survive even hand washing as they shrink so much a 2 yr old could wear it.
STAY AWAY FROM ROSEGAL - THEY ARE A RIP OFF! They will not answer your emails nor will you get a refund. I got my orderJan 2016 & sent 20 -30 emails with pics & they just responded to me June 10/16 about my complaints. They said..." so sorry you have problem, please know you have 30 day to make complaint, which is no longer valid as it is now overdue. Refund or exchange not possible now".

TOO SMALL! The sizes they post are NOT anywhere close to American sizes. NO REFUNDS! They want you to send them a photo of the "decfect", etc. They list American sizes but Chinese measurements. The measurements are probably real, but the sizes are fraud.

The sizing wasn't my issue but I have read a lot about stuff being too small.My problem was that what they sent me was not what I ordered... and what they sent was a cheap substitute. This company is super shady and you shouldn't waste your money.

I don' know. I had to cancel my order due to issues with tracking and customer service. No way will I do business with them ever.

You should have read the review on this place... stop listening to people like janet h, these people are scammers, drop them like a hot rock.

You should be able to call or chat with them. I have truly had no problem doing so and have several times.

I'm not sure which question Rosegal is asking me to answer to I"ll answer both of the ones I see on my screen... sizing is way off. Size Medium Rosegal is small in North America, mostly in the arms you have to have very thin arms to fit into the tops I ordered. I had to give them to my 16 yr old niece. Late shipping - if what you ordered is not in inventory in the U.S. and has to come from China expect to wait 7 months. That is how long it took to receive an item that I ordered, and I wasn't told until a month after I ordered it. I ordered the same top in 4 different colors, all the same size. They came in very different fits, a range of quality from crap to good, and delivery from 6 weeks to 7 months. I guess they are trying to do Just In Time manufacturing and delivery, using different manufacturers and shippers. It's not working well. I won't buy from Rosegal again

Our sizing in Australia are different from the U.S. so I cannot help you.
