Can you give us your order number or the registered email on our website that we will check for you soon?

I bought $100 worth of dresses - 8 total. All 8 of them came in the same crappy plastic bag, wrinkled and horrible. I am tiny and even their sizes did not match for me. I sent everything back with a tracking number. PayPal WILL NOT refund your money because tracking numbers to China do not work. That was an additional $50 for shipping down the drain. I never received a refund back even after I sent them back their stuff.

Having had a positive experience with Rose Gal I feel that the above reviews are too critical. I ordered from them for the first time about 3 months ago and had a very good experience. Rose Gal is NOT a scam. I believe they are in China which explains why the shipping takes so long. I ordered a dress and 3 square living room pillow covers for my sofa. They were all of good quality. In fact the pillow cases at $6 and $11 were really good quality, well made, great design. Beats Pottery Barn at $89 for a pillow cover! The summer spaghetti strap dress was also of very good quality, unfortunately it was too low cut for me. I contacted them for instructions about a return. They asked for an explanation of why I wanted to return the dress and after responding with my explanation they told me that it was NOT necessary to return the item and they IMMEDIATELY issued a refund to my PayPal account. I took a chance when ordering from Rose Gal but MY experience has been nothing but positive. I would order using PayPal though.

If you are in a hurry for your items, don't order from here--they are an overseas company. But if you want good quality and fun design at a great price, then I think it's great value for the money--Pamela, Long Island, New York

The clothes do look cool, but what you receive is not what you order, but a terrible quality similar item. Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO! I KNOW THE CLOTHES LOOK CUTE, I FELL FOR THAT TOO. YOU WILL RECIEVE ( IF YOUR ONE OF THE LUCKY ONES THAT RECEIVE ANYTHING) CLOTHES THAT ARE 2 SIZES TOO SMALL AND ARE MADE WITH THE CHEAPEST FABRIC EVER MADE!

HI brought a few things some very cheaply made also sizes are extremely small, but I had good service and got my money back, not a scam just cheap knock offs, 4 out of 6 tops ok quality but for xl size was a size 8/ 2 tops so paper thin to scared to even try getting them on a size 6 body.

Not a scam, but the clothes do not look like the pictures. You will recieve clothes. Eventually. But you probably won't want to wear any of them. I donated mine. The fit was terrible and the quality poor. Plus, the colors did not look at ALL like the online ones- my navy blue shirt was purple and my beige sweater poop brown.

I waited 3 months for my order and it never showed up. It took me 2 months to get my money back from them. Huge waste of time and money. Don't do it
