I ordered 2 hats around around December Hassan +86 75586528120 [email protected] Transaction ID 4E320932KM602793A Invoice ID LL1512180912258207 The total was 12.97 payed through paypal. I have yet to receive my hats :(

I can only say that you are right about the child size clothing. I wear a 3X and when I received the blouses which took over 2 months after they took the money out of the bank. The blouses could have fit my grand baby. So they wanted to refund only 7.78 back to my account. Total cost was 48.oo and some odd cents. This place is a joke.

Have you checked your account to check the progress? What type of delivery did YOU request when ordering. If you didn't ask and pay for tracking, your issue would be with China Post and not Rosegal.
Is that an email you attached to this question? Nothing is likely to happen. You must lodge a ticket against your order in your account. It's easy. And responses are quick ( although I would expect some delays this week due to the Chinese holidays).

They're the biggest fraud and the stuff they sell is garbage. Can't believe there are actual real customers out there that can be pleased with anything this company sells.
