Yes to all the above. I contacted them via their customer support and did get a reply but not a satisfactory one. As Betty D says all they did was take me for a ride and sorry they got you too.

You won't get an answer or get ahold of anyone. I too paid through pay pal and haven't tried to get my money back through them yet. It was kind of ironic that I put a horrible review up yesterday and then received a email today saying I would be getting a refund but am not expecting that will happen. Sure wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! Lesson learned!

I Leslie, I paid through my pay pal account and did a report through them and was contacted by someone right away but only through the pay pal. Still wasn't helpful but I feel that was the only way I could get some sort of answer. I hope I was helpful...

I try to contact them by email and no use.
I don't think they will ever answer in costumer service concerning an exchange or money back.
They know how dissaponted costumers are with their merchandise... just look at the reviews.
That company is a rip off.

All I can say really is good luck, did you summit a ticket? The only thing they did for me was took me for a ride.so sorry they got you 2.
