There is a way to start a service ticket with them but they will take at least a month to answer and will probably apologize but not resolve your concern. I contacted them by messaging them on FB and they got back to me but did nothing about the problem. Also find on FB a page promoting a shut down of this company and sign their petition.

Possibly with your bank. The same thing happened to me. PayPal is playing stupid like they dont know who to believe. Rosegal gave me a partial refund? Good luck

Yes you can do this through your bank if you paid by credit card or through paypal

I have never had this experience, so I can't answer this exactly... I would suggest that you don't ever save your passwords on your computer - especially for websites like this one. Just a suggestion...
