I just cancelled my order due to all the bad reviews I don't want used dirty clothing. How does this site stay open with such bad service?

I did not have a pleasant experience with them; The quality of the clothing is very poor; They tried to pass off clothing that was similar to what I ordered; One of the dresses had a black stain on the back; It cost more to send it back than it was to get it here. They did refund me a portion of my money once I got more aggressive with them. Believe me, I will never use them again.

I had requested a refund after waiting 3 months for the item ordered. I received the item right after submitting the request. Fortunately it fit and didn't have any flaws. I wouldn't order from them again based on the wait and the strange communications I received from them regarding the delay of receipt.

I also never got my refund. This company is to be avoided.

C. B its probably because they advertise it on Facebook, people talk about it and then try it and dont tell the other people that its rubbish! I put that comment on straight away after my dress came through two or three months later (not the right size by the way and crap material) so I could let as many people know not to use this site. Some read the reviews and dont listen but they're are lkads of people saying its rubbishd

I feel the exact same way as most, it's sub par quality that can't be worn and not worth the time to return and no sense in asking for a larger size because the quality wouldn't be any better. It's is as if someone is trying to copy high quality clothing styles but they are unqualified to do so. For instance, there are nice tops that have zippers that go down both sides of your shoulders to the wrists, mine from them came with one zipper that started at one wrist and ended at the other... now how in the heck am I supposed to wear THAT?

The reason this company stays in business is because it is one of many. It is a corporation that keeps changing these sites names in order to avoid all the bad reviews. In order to know you are not dealing with them again, search the site. Look at the clothing pictures and pull up Rosegal's site as well. They change the name but use the same pictures. Also read the shipping and refund policies. If it says it takes 25 days and talks about Chinese holiday delays, then RUN. I've see alot of these sites pop up in my facebook feed, and I now check them all out.

I finally received my items months after ordering them. The phone number published is a fake number that gives a busy signal when calling. All three items I ordered were horrible quality. Extremely small, very cheap material, poorly made with terrible stitching. I have never personally made a piece of clothing in my life, but seriously, give me some material and a needle and thread and I could make something of better quality than what was sent. One arm is longer than another on one shirt, and another is so poorly made I can't even pull it over my head because the opening is so small. I cannot wear any of it, and it is so poorly made it's not even something I would donate. I went through my bank and filed a complaint. I was reimbursed by them as a result of the fraud protection I have. I have no idea how they stay in business. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned. DO NOT order from this company.

This is the WORST online shopping experiences I ever had! I recieved an incomplete order, the items were different from what was shown on the site, & poorly made. When I asked for a refund they said I was responsible for paying to ship back the defective items, & that I would only get a partial refund! They urged me to keep the items then told me they would only send me the PARTIAL refund after I changed my bad review! What! I ended up with some of my money back because I was persistent but never changed my review. Everyone should know how horrible this site is. It is a joke!

I emailed them EVERYDAY and demanded a refund. They kept telling me no and suggested half of a refund, until I said I was talking with my attorney. Suddenly they were very happy to refund my money. I did tell them that if I ever receive the order I will be honest enough to pay them for it then. I never received the order and they asked if I could take the negative comment down since they refunded my full amount.

The only way I was able to get in contact with them was by writing a review on here and then had to constantly keep and them to get my refund and everything situated and still ended up taking a couple of months before I even saw anything!
