Also after your package leaves the shipping facility it's out of their hands and out of their control. I recommend going back through your emails and finding the tracking number to track it. If there's not one - email customer service asking for one. I've always got a tracking number with a picture of my package and the shipping company! Remember this too - even though you might pay for over night shipping, it's the shipping companies job to do that - not rosegal! I've ordered items from Amazon and Overstock (state side companies) and got it considerably later than I paid. Once my items left them they had no control over it. I hope this information helps!

I ordered a bathing suit express and received it with in a week was so excited. I ordered a dress for a wedding two weeks ago and paid express shipping. Still haven't received it and the wedding is this weekend. I am not to pleased I wasted the money on expedited shipping for nothing. It's in Hawaii been there for a few days now so yeah... great. Did I mention I am near New York City?! Ugh

Hi megan, where is your location, Rosegal is based in Singapore, so if you are in US or Canada you need to wait for two-three months before your package will arrive. I also notice that because of free shipping it was hard to track our order, but if you give the right address for sure it will arrive, you just need to have a patient. Hope this help you..

My package took nearly 3 weeks. I will never use rosegal.com again.

It has been over a month and my package has not arrived either. So frustrating!

Yea mine took a long time too but if it said it was shipped on May 6th, you should be getting it soon.

If you have a tracking number, call the shipping company to confirm they've got possession of the package. If you don't, unfortunately you'll just have to sit and wait. My order sat as "en route to shipping company" for over a week.
