This company has terrible reviews, not a place to shop if you want good service at all!

**** I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU GUYS ARE TALKING ABOUT*******
I had zero issues, both myself and my daughter LOVE our purchases. And credit card has never been compromised. I really feel bad for the rest of you missing out.

I've send them the information they request covering personal information and digits from the credit card several times, and never have had a problem. They just request this information maybe because the credit card information (the biiling information) is not the same as the shipping information. It is only to make sure you are the owner of the credit card, and it is not someone else using it.

I've gotten this email before too on a couple of my orders. Its because you didn't change the shipping location that's on your address page when you purchase, but you have to scroll down and select the drop down and change it to your country, even though you specified your country in your actual shipping/billing address. It's automatically set as the US. I don't even know why they have this additional shipping country requirement. I think it's unnecessary and confusing for customers. As well, it's inappropriate to ask for picture proof of ID and Credit Card. But that's the way they do things, and apparently it's legal for them they are... I put sticky notes over top of all of my information when I sent the photo they wanted. They said it was fine and I received my stuff a few weeks later. I've watched my CC avidly from the time on and there are no suspicious charges. They just do things differently. As for the person who said something about shipping charges and changing things I've never experienced any of that and I've made about 12 orders so far. Use your judgement, its up to you :) good luck

Just get in touch with your credit card co and tell them what's going on, once you have paid and they have received payment you don't need to send anything else! This company is such a scam, I will never order online again unless its in U.S. Chinese co also have the many online stores that are the same company.

Don't do it. If you have already ordered from this company, but have not received your order yet, send them an email to cancel then call your credit card provider and dispute the charge. Tell them that you have read the reviews and are afraid that you will miss the window of filing a dispute if you wait to hear back from Rosegal.
