Hi Tamika, personally I would not waste your time with this on-line rip off. I have never received my order nor have I got my money back. I think from reading other comments they are cheaply made and definitely not worth your money. I would advise staying away from them.

Lucky for you, Tiffany, that you're satisfy with your purchases from rose gal. I had purchased from them 3times, but the mistake I made was not to review them before I do. The 3 times I had place an order was at the very same time shortly behind each other, without waiting to get the first order. One of the order was for $100.93, one for $38.00 and the other for $36, the order I place for the $100 surprisingly was ship in days, as I ordered on April 27 and by May 7 I track the package and it showed that it was been delivered by the USPS on may 7th. The only thing, I didn't received the package and I was home that day and there was nothing left by my door as stated, until this day, am still trying to get answers about that package. The other 2 orders, I did received, after about a month, but not able to wear nothing from it, as the items are so tiny they might be able to fit a 5 year old, and the material are so cheap, it look like something would use to make window curtain, and the style look nothing like what on the website, so am happy for you that you had good experience. Not everyone is that lucky.

The first email I sent them about the item not leaving the first checkpoint after 30 days they replied within the 24 hours telling me to wait longer. Which is fine, I have no problem waiting. But after sending in my complaint now 3 months later, it's been over a week and they still haven't responded to me.

I will not order from them again. I ordered a dress in March. I still have not received it. They are slow to answer my queries about my order. I have requested a refund, but am very doubtful that I will receive it. I understand that it can take time to receive orders but this has been too much time. No, will not order again from Rosegal.

I will never shop through Rosegal again after my experience & their lack of customer service/renturn policy. I don't recommend it.

I wouldn't. I know plenty of people that have been screwed over. After I wrote this review, they tried to fix it by sending me an email and said they'd send my items and they never did.

Since you haven't bought it yet why don't you send the link in on the Q&A board and we can examine for you and give you our very loud and "expert" advice? Lol for me I've shopped at Rosegal a dozen times or more and I've only been surprised by the item I received once. Most of the time I know what I'm getting and you cab usually tell by the pics if you look closely. Keep in mind they DO try to present their products in the best light so sometimes the pics look awesome but when it arrives it's not what you expect. I'd like to see which jacket you are trying for, its usually better to judge their items on a product by product basis.

If you do not mind cheap quality clothing and waiting 3-4 months for delivery go right ahead. I am still waiting for a bathing suit ordered in April, the one they did sent was awful, cheap material and nothing as advertised. I gave it away. Obviously the only good comment here must be from an employee or share holder. They are awful and by the way they are out of the country which is why shipments take months but they are quick to take your money and never provide a refund. Don't do it...

I wouldn't waste a dime on that company. It's crap clothing takes forever and unless youre as thin as a stick nothing will fit you and you'll have the regret.

NOT worth dealing with. BUT if you decide to order make sure you order 2 sizes bigger. FYI: materials they use is CHEAP!
