This is quite normal for Rosegal, keep emailing them demanding your money back. Also they are on FB and do not like negative comments, I did and got my money back eventually. Hope thishelps.

Keep contacting them! They did the same thing to me and many, many others. Keep emailing them through their website, on their Facebook page, and publicly comment their pages each and every day! They will try to blow you off but keep at it! When they ripped me off, I did this as well and at first they blew me off, then they blocked me, so I reported them to every cyber fraud protection agency I could find and to my states District Attorneys Office. As soon as I showed them proof of my legal reports on them, they refunded my money! DON'T GIVE UP!

I used paypal and demanded my money back and paypal refunded my money from them...

How long ago did you made that purchase? Their shipping took a long time to get to you as they ship from China, however, if and when you receive the items, if its clothing, you may not be able to wear them, as it might be too small or nothing close to what you see on website. They use very poor quality materials.

BEWARE! It does NOT stop with what you ordered and didn't get. Once they had my credit card info, they charged me for other things. I've posted this so many times, I can't believe these thieves are still in business. When I talked to an actual human on the phone(which tools weeks) they actually said they needed me to fax a copy of my drivers license and bank account info. When I asked who I was speaking to for reference their answer was this: "That's not important."

If it was a large dollar amount try hounding them like Erin F. Says... but if it was a small amount just stay as far away as possible. After I wrote my review on here, Rosegal "responded", then sent me a private message, telling me that they will "refund" my money so that I can "re-order" the same item in a new order since I've never received it. They're trying to get another $20 from me, unbelievable! Just stay away! Also, whenever you see their ad pop up on facebook, add a negative comment. Sooner or later Facebook needs to take some responsibility and stop advertising for them.

I was shedding a tear, because i put the whole box of clothe I ordered from them out to the curb for the trash guy to come and pick it up. It was like them stealing from me or me throwing cash out onto the streets. But, I'm so relieved to get rid of the garbage they call clothe. It's now behind me and I will NEVER order anything from China again. Also, putting your CC out there allows hackers to get a hold of our information. My bank automatically cancelled my debit card and send me a new one because hacker in China where trying to get a hold of my account since I ordered from here. UGH... look at the reviews already and DO NOT ORDER from this terrible people!

Keep hounding them, give bad review on this site, that's the only way I got my refund back... good luck!

I ordered my crappy items sometime in early April and I was just charged for my items last week! Just beware of that...
