Don't order from them in the first place. The items are poorly made and sizing is not right. The sweater I ordered didn't even fit and it was supposed to be a large. I wrote a bad review and they didn't offer anything at all. Lesson learned. To find out the status of your order just go into the emails they sent you and there will be a ticket number. Good luck!

I finally got my goods but it came in two separate packages at different times. The quality and fittings are nothing like what they look like in the photos.
