I call number and get no answer. Need to know where my order is, when it will be shipped. Or have my order cancled

It seems some people have good luck with them. The one thing that made me want a refund is when I did not get my stuff on the time they said, I looked up other peoples experiences and they said they just never got their stuff. My situation was i ordered and paid for my stuff but it was out of stock but they dont tell you that its out of stock which is super shady. They should tell you on the website that its out of stock. I didnt know this until a month had passed and I tried to contact someone and thats what they told me so i asked for a refund. The only positive thing i can say about them is that i got the refund when i asked for it but i figured its because they can be sued if they dont give me the refund.

The only way I received any answers was by going to the website and contacting customer service online. They were good about answering in 24 hours. It's just the answers were not the ones I was hoping for. Sorry you have to go through this but they will probably tell you to wait 21 days or something like that. Then when they get the tracking, they will probably tell you it was returned to them or you didn't pick it up. Something bogus like that. If you want to cancel, they won't give you a full refund unless it was lost and you purchased the insurance. I hope you have better success with them than I did. Cheers.

I'm sorry to tell you that you will never get through to anyone. They are huge scam artist and take people's money and never deliver the clothes. Sad part is that they looked like they had cute clothes.

I got fast help through e-mail. I have ordered 3 times from this company and have had NO PROBLEMS! The shipping can take a while depending on where you live. Going threw customs can take a while

How did you pay for it? If though the Bank or Paypal they may help. Make copies of your communication, some copies of reviews on this Website, make sure they know this site is Goverment Funded with a Grant, you could copy that too. Tell your Bank this is Fraud, you are dealing with a software company in the U.S. and China and no where on Rosegals site does it say you are ordering from China. You cannot make returns, they will not give you a return address and you can send it to the software company and show your Bank the U.S. P. O. And copies of Rosegal's automated response, if you have the merchandise you could show the Bank that too. If you got a partial return address on your package you can trace this software company, that is why Rosegal tells you not to send it to that address. I posted another review if you can find it because I had trouble responding to people who had questions. If you order out of the U.S. check this website,, the Better Business Bureau or order through Ebay where you can find this merchandise from China but Ebay will hold them to a standard and resolve your issues, they have your back. I couldn't get a hold of them until I finally wrote a bad review on here complaining, then all of a sudden they were magically able to get a hold of me withing the day after trying for a couple of weeks.

Good luck, Mona. I placed an order 6months ago, the debited my account and never sent my order. I called the number I had had, I e- mailed them and got no response and have not heard from them to this day. If you check reviews there are not many good ones and they are bring made in and shipped from China IF it comes. I wish I could give you better news.

I ordered from the in March, I have received everything except for one package that was shipped out April 6. My items were in perfect condition and they were sized small but I checked the size chart so I didnt have any issues with size. I will maybe order again but not likely due to the lengthy shipping. I suggest paying extra for the tracking number

The best way to contact the customer service is go to their website, click on to the customer service, tell your order number, the item you order and ask about your order. If your item is not available, you may ask for a refund.
