They don't have one. You won't be able to deal with them except through complaints on the reviews. Keep it up. I had to settled for less. One item fit. They gave me a complete return on one item they didn't have and only $5.00 a piece on the other two items that didn't fit. My sweat jacket didn't fit. Hope someday my 6 yr old granddaughter can wear it. Hoping my 14 yr. Old granddaughter can wear the two tops. Haven't received my coat. Probably won't. Sorry I couldn't be of more help' You just have to keep complaining to them and make threats to report them.

This company gives other online companies a very bad name. I wish someone would shut them down. People are wasting their money in the first place by ordering what look like really pretty clothes; then when they're the wrong size or damaged they ask you to send them back, so they're wasting a lot more money. You won't get your money back from them, so it's best to just put it down to experience and save yourself a whole lot of stress. I'm still wondering why Paypal are protecting them though, when they must get so many complaints. It seems most people claiming through Paypal are either not getting their money back, or they're just getting part of it. Sounds a bit suspicious to me.
