Try to get your money back if you can, this company are scam artists, thousands of complaints against them, disgraceful that they remain able to trade

So sorry to hear this Amy B-- you will probably never see your order, nor will their so called customer service offer you any genuine help. They will ignore you and keep your money. If you need a dress for a special date, then go out to a real store and buy one. Rosegal is a company in deepest darkest China- and so they can get away with anything-- its not like the Better Business Bureau can do anything! They don't care- all they want is your money!

Honestly it probably won't be :( it took almost a month for me to get my stuff and everything was way too small! A 12 year old little girl it would of fit perfectly... the dress I bought I can wear as a shirt :(

Sorry sweetie if I were you I would go out and buy a dress... You will probably NEVER receive your dress. If you do receive it will more than likely not fit or will fall apart as soon as you put it on... sorry a hard lesson to learn. Hope you haven't lost to much money on this deal... STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY ALTOGETHER... AND OTHERS TRADING WITH SIMILIAR NAMES...

Mine delivery time was at least a month and when it arrived one dress was the wrong size and the other shrunk, will never use them again. Get a dress from a reputable shop

I never got the item/items I ordered at all. They took my money from PayPal and delivered no product. After numerous attempts to contact rosegal and all they're excuses, I've decided to let it go as I knew I would never get the product I paid for. Lesson learned. This company is a scam. Hopefully you get your product, but from others I've also learned if and when the product is ever delivered, it was not what they expected. Poor quality, improper sizing and damaged goods are what is being delivered. Worst online company ever!

My order didn't take too long really - a couple of weeks? Good luck with the quality and size though. Their products can be terrible. I will never order again.

One dress took three months and the material was paper thin. I'm still waiting for my other dress that I ordered on September 4th. I'd go to a real store if I were you. That being said, I hope your experience isn't like the rest of ours and that you get your dress for Christmas. Good luck!
