NEVER gonna get them :(

If the goods don't turn up then it's anybody's guess WHEN they will turn up. I have complained, enquired, emailed request to them to get an answer/my goods but I just get a standard reply that they are looking into it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM IS THE ONLY ADVICE I CAN THINK TO GIVE ANYONE!

My order never showed up... I called my credit card company to file a complaint. There is no point of contacting them, they give you a phony order # and tracking #, you get no where with them. Good luck.

Just contact your payment source and file a dispute. If you try to do it directly thrugh RoseGal, you will get no where and htey will want you to pay to return the items to them, which costs between $50 to $125 or more to do so if mailing back to chine form the USA.

That's what they do... if your experience goes like mine you can go to their website and send them an email asking about your order and they will respond by saying they need you to verify your identity. They will want you to send them a picture of your ID and the card you used. Don't do it that's not a normal procedure. Call your credit card company and explain to them what happened then ask them to reverse the charges. Most companies will temporarily reimburse you themselves until the clothing company reimburses them
