I never received my purchase. Customer service is completely absent on website, through chat or phone. You can't contact them. Finally, I filed a complaint through Paypal and heard from someone who said my shipment would take 45 days from China. Yea, right. When was the last time you ordered something online and there was no customer service, then have to file a complaint for a refund to find out that it will take over a month for you to get your items? This company has been reported for scam investigation.

TERRIBLE, they also responded to my review saying they emailed me and would work it out and they never did. Their customer service are liars and they lie on this site too saying they are sorry and are fixing it. They arent and they are rude rude rude. I asked for a refund and they delayed the responses for so long so they couldnt give me one. When I asked a shipping question twice they replied within the same day. Inquire about returns you will not hear back for weeks. DONT ORDER, it is a scam and your clothes will look nothing like the picture and will not fit.

It's crap! Walmart has better quality. My one irked was sent with random stitching and holes I couldn't even fix it

Clothes from this site are of the poorest quality. I was unable to wear any of the items I purchased. There is NO customer service because no one will ever respond to your emails or contact you to discuss your problem. There is no live chat as they advertise either. I consider this a scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

As I said, I was very nervous after reading the reviews, which unfortunately I read after I placed my order. In my order confirmation it did say that it could take up to 25 BUSINESS days to arrive. It took 17 business days. 24 regular days. The quality was not the best, however, at $15 a piece for bathing suits, I wasn't expecting much. They are wearable, they fit. I will probably only get a few uses out of them, but that's ok. I didn't have to deal with customer service at all, so I can't speak on that.

Absolutely terrible. Haven't received my purchased merchandise that I ordered on July 1st. Every review ever read is negative and obviously a scam. Buyer beware. Just glad I'm only out $15 bc it could have been way worse. Still concerned if they might take small amounts out of my banking account.

Horrible site do not order from here! Refund... they told me to sell the items. Horrible quality and size... they told me sorry were sized for Asians who are smaller.

Hello the quality of the clothes is cheap but that was expected since their prices are so low I did receive my clothes on time so I didn't have a problem with that and I received everything the only thing is the size was totally off my large is like an extra extra small it doesn't even fit my daughter who is tall 57 but is very slim
