How do you contact their customer service?

You can email them but it's pointless. IF and I do mean IF you get a response it's so worthless you just sit there shaking your head. I wrote that the pants are 10 sizes too small and the chiffon is netting. I got an answer that the camera makes things look different. Da hell?

I complained on this website about my order and they contacted me. I was unable to contact them any other way but once I got their attention they were very helpful and I received my order. Although it did take about 5 weeks. Never again will I order from them.

That's one of the many problems, you can't! You will never get an answer. Keep sending emails and contact paypal if that's how you paid. Horrible company

YOu can only do this through their website - there should be a link in the footer i think. Once you send an email they will reply via email only. But it is pointless contacting them, they will not be of any assistance. Contact your credit card company and report them as frauds!

I'm sorry to say this, but you will never be able to get a hold of anyone. If you can go on the computer and you see the chat live button try to see if you can get someone by doing this.
