YOU CAN'T - YOU GOT SUCKED IN LIKE ME! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not buy from this site. They do not let you return items and if you do it costs a lot of money. I am $145.00 AU out of pocket. I returned all my items after a long drawn out fight cause they were so small in sizing would only fit a child. It cost me $56.00 AU to send them back. Still waiting for my refund. Has been all up about 6months. Not looking good at the moment. Just don't put yourself through it.

Have a look at Choies website they have the same cheap clothes but much better reviews. Although my experience of Rosegal wasn't as bad as others I wouldn't order from them again. It's just too risky. The dress I bought I didn't bother to return I just threw it in the bin it was too poor a quality to even to send to a charity shop. But maybe it's a lesson we all have to learn for ourselves, as I also read all the reviews before I ordered but still decided to chance it!

They are the worst company and need to be shut down. I order something from them 2 months ago i have emailed them so many times not one response i have asked for a refund some many times but i get no response this place is fucked!
If you buy from here you are just giving them free money you will not receive your item!

YOU CAN'T. YOU ARE FORTUNATE TO HAVE RECEIVED ANYTHING. I ORDERED IN AUGUST AND HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. I WOULD BEWARE OF ROSE GAL. THEY SEEM TO BE A SCAM AND LOOK AT THEIR HORRIBLE RATINGS. I EVEN CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD AND GOT A DIFFERENT ONE BECAUSE I DISTRUST THEM SO.

I depends on what size you usually wear. If your American size is 12, which is L. You should order XXL, If they have any of that style. Otherwise, forget about it. I receive a coat of XL which fits me who wear size M on coat. You have to order two size larger than your usual size.

Unless you are willing to take a risk, don't bother! 1) You'll never get item ordered 2) Poor quality 3) It will mostly be 3 size too small 4) All of the above!
