The exact shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. We suggest you provide us your order number, we will then be able to check the package status for you.

I selected express shipping and after couple days later, got 2 tracking numbers from DHL. The shipping status had been "information was sent to DHL" for a week. Packages were delivered in 3 days after the status was changed to "picked up by DHL" I felt express shipping price was too cheap. I assume they use huge containers to deliver each country to reduce shipping cost ( apple do the same for iPhone) and they needed to wait until the container will be filled. I do not know which carrier they use for free shipping. If they use sea mail or regular international postal service then there is no tracking number. And also it will take bout 3 months or longer. Postal service might provide confirmation number which tells you a package status but dose not track the package. If you lucky got confirmation number, you need to go Chinese postal service website to look up. Usually, no insurance or guarantee for those shipping method unless you pay extra. And they loose packages frequently. As a e-commerce company staff ( I am not a rose gal staff), I strongly recommend express or priority mail for international shipment. We never use standard international shipping because it is to risky. Hope it helps.

There is no delivery date, its a scam!

THE COMPANY IS A FRAUD. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND I NEVER RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE AND I ORDERED IT IN AUGUST OF THIS YEAR. I EVEN CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD SO THEY WOULD NOT HAVE ACCESS TO MY CARD NUMBERS. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND AM DISAPPOINTED IN FACEBOOK FOR ALLOWING PEOPLE LIKE THIS TO ADVERTISE WITH THEM.

This company is a SCAM.

Never will get your money scam

I went through the same thing. It took me@ 2 months to get a partial order, only to discover the sizes are all wrong. An extra large is = to a size 6. Report it to your credit card company - they'll investigate or refund your money. Good luck.
