The only chance you have is if you paid by Paypal. Put in a complaint with them.

Complain on here then on social media warn everyone and tell of your unpleasant experience. They will contact you but no matter how hard to try they have a sham of a way to contact them... but you can't. They make it impossible for you to reach them. So you most likely cannot return your items. I never even received mine and now it's out of season.
