I got an email that you asked me a question about rose gal. I ordered from there once BIG MISTAKE... Full order did not come items were different than what I ordered... The cost to ship back to China from USA was more than what I paid for the clothes because they only shipped have to order and I paid through PayPal they settled with me for half of what I paid I was able to keep the order they did send it never sent the other half I lost out on about $80 I should've looked at the reviews first but the closer so cute they're a very low quality and the color dye made me from clothes made me break out so I have nothing good to say excited never order from rosegal and don't expect whatever you may get to be good or what your ordered you'll be basically stuck with them because shipping them back is going to be way more expensive than the price you bought the cl you'll be basically stuck with them because shipping them back is going to be way more expensive than the price you bought clothes for

I doubt Rosegal will check your order for you via this source of information. If you haven't received you order yet, your best bet is to go into your account and click on the "my messages" link and see if they have sent you anything. Sometimes they put messages in there regarding your order but for some reason it does not generate an email to your personal email account. So it's up to the customer to proactively go into their account and look. Very annoying, and not a great way to do business for sure but that's just the way they operate. I've made over 12 orders so far and have received every single one. Just check your messages. If nothing is there then submit a ticket. The ticket should stay open until they reply. If you have to send them a message every single day just keep replying on the same thread of the original ticket. You'll get your stuff, or some sort of reply. Best of luck :)

They won't get It to you. They'll give you the run-around forever, until you finally give up. HUNDREDS of other people got the same deal. I, on the other hand, did receive my products in a very timely manner. All of them were 3 sizes too small (and I know what size I wear, to order online), strings were hanging off EVERYWHERE, buttons were coming off, they smelled horrible, and the shirt with a zipper... the zipper broke the second I touched it. Their response? "Please keep". VER. BATEM. No joke. Then offered me a 10% discount on my NEXT purchase after my HUNDREDS of complaints... good luck...

If you haven't got an email saying it was sent you will get the "it's out of stock" excuse.

I strongly suggest asking for your money back or filing a complaint through paypal.

I ordered in Nov. And never received pkg. And have not had any response from Rosegal. They took my money and I never heard back. Good luck..

I just wouldn't bother and never buy from them again. They're scamming bastards

This company is a total scam. You cannot get anywhere with them. It is set up to be a scam. This is why they have so many companies in so many different names. Do not give these people any money. Contact your bank immediately and stop payment on any transaction you have with them. They'll not only take the money for the "product" you ordered, but you'll find some extra charges on there as well. Their response "give me your bank account number and we fix" I asked for their name. Their response "not important" and my favorite "send copy of driver license" never got my money back. And did not send them my bank account number. Call their customer service line in another week. It will be disconnected. It changes frequently because most people just give up.

Rosegal is the worst! I never received my order and was just given the run around. They said that the order went out and "I didnt pay for tracking" so there was no way to say where it is. I hounded them, contacted pay pal, and gave bad review on here, they gave me refund. They actually had the gull to ask me to remove the bad review. My advice is to not give up, send message daily, contact PayPal and your credit card co. Unfortunately since they aren't in the USA there isn't anything that can be done about there unlawful practices. They go by a few different names I just don't order anything from China anymore, most are scammers.
