The item may have gotten lost in the mail. I would contact pay pal, visa, or whatever credit card you used. Ask them for advice, you can start a dispute and get your money back. If there are a lot of people doing disputes, pay pal will limit transactions with that business.

Nope, I have submitted a request to get a return address about a month ago (from their website) with no response. I keep emailing and asking... no response. I told them that I will be sending back to the address on the package if they don't respond within 24 hours: Li Chunyun
