No but it's probably the only way you will get a full refund when you discover you've been ripped off, which you will be! My advice don't order at all. The positive reviews are written by them.

You do not have to use PayPal. I am glad I did though considering all the time and trouble I had with Rosegal. I will never order from them again. They are located in China and gave every excuse in the world about it taking 2 months before I received the order. UGH!

Used it and took forever to get refund because you get no verification when you ship back to china... ridiculous... never again... and their xl fit my 10 year old

You can pay by credit card if you have one. Or you can pay by Pay Pal if you have a Pay Pal account. But I pay by credit card.
