Not sure if it's a scam but their clothing is very, very small, crap and it takes forever to get. I will never order from them again.

That's what many people think. It is a questionable, secretive "business", which never tells you where they got their products (they don't even have a label that says where they are made, or what they are made of, which I thought each piece of clothing should have!). It's a lottery, I got some nice decent clothes that haven't fallen apart, and a few crappy items.

Not at all. I order from them regularly. Read all the detailed information in the About Us link at the bottom of if the Home Page. Katie, perhaps create a ticket to get your question into their system for action. But everyone shoukd read the return policy and procedure first BEFORE ordering. Like most companies you will be responsible to obtain return approval first and for the return costs. Unless you live in China the mail costs (eg UPS) will be massive. Check your carriers return costs before putting in the extra work.

They wouldn't answer any of my emails asking how to return mine. I think you are stuck with it :(
