I think with 5,000 comments on the horrible quality, sizing, customer service and shipping it wouldn't be difficult to figure out to stay clear of this place! The very few comments regarding anything good is nothing by rosegal people scamming for better reviews.

I'd almost bet their clothes are made in a sweat shop by little kids. The material is like nothing I have ever felt. Not in a good way either. It just feels fake, hard to explain but not at all what I expected and what it looked like and it was like for a kid not an adult. I wouldn't buy anything from them

100% true! Although I didn't pay much for the clothing, it was all terrible except for a pair of sandals. The sandals looked pretty true to the photo they displayed but all the clothing was completely different! Different fabric, cheap fabric, not made proportionally... I can go on and on! I'm pretty sure they look at a photo of a cute outfit and make it right then and there. So disappointing

Given the prices and the fact that a number of designs are uncommon, the quality of the items I have ordered seems fair. I ordered a set of 11 jwellery items at first that came up to $14 after tracking and shipping insurance. That one reached me within 2 weeks.

All the online negative reviews made mme cautious. So the next order I mamade was a hunger games necklace. This was about two months ago. It has yet to reach me. I ddu
Didn't pay for shipping insurance or tracking for this one. To experiment.

About one week after that, I ordered a dress that was on clearance sale. It arrived after 1month 1week. This had no tracking and shipping insurance. Quality and color was very unlikely what was on the site. It seems okay for $5 though.

A dress I ordered two days after the previous one arrived a week before that one. This one was without shipping insurance but had tracking. Unlike the knee length dress on the site, this one only made it to mid thighs. Which is okay with me. Though not worth it for $14 since the quality is much lower than what I can get at local online stores.

Don't buy a single item. You will never get anything from the company.

If you ever recieve your order (and that's a BIG if), it will only be because you paid for a second shipment as they will claim the first was shipped... only to then tell you it's your fault you never recieved it since you didn't pay additional for tracking. Then, if it does come, it's HORRIBLE quality.

Yes they true but if doubt them just send your payment and see for yourself

The quality of the items I did receive whilst not top quality but ok. What has annoyed me is I said for 6 items and received only. Whatever I do seems the other 2 continue to be missing. Will never order again. Sizes are also way too small and delivery when it does come takes at least 2 months!
