I ordered from the US and it has been 3 months and I've still not seen anything. They also said they would reimburse me about 2 weeks ago and never did... I would be very cautious ordering from this company.

Don't order from them. Never received items or a response or a refund. Phones don't work nor do the live chat features. Don't order from them ever.

Honestly, look at all the bad reviews. Do not waste your time with RoseGal or any of these fake clothing sites in CHina, like Sammydress, etc... You will not receive what is pictures, but a sweatshop knock-off version of it and they are based on Asian sizes and run the sizes of children and pre-teens. And yes, it can take up to a month to arrive due to coming from CHina and having to clear customs. Better to go shop at ModCloth, Free People, revolve clothing or such, who are USA based. ( if you are in the USA)

My clothes did come within 7 to 14 days but they were absolute crap. Do not order from them. What I got looked nothing like the pictures, sizes run extremely small, and the material is disgusting. It's horrible quality.

I recieved part of my order on time; however, the clothing is such garbage quality i can't even wear it - and not representative of the pictures they show. Also, I weigh 105 pounds and the size medium is way too small. They also have not refunded my money and have escalated the refund through my mode of purchase. My advice to you, is do not purchase anything from this company.

I certainly couldn't find one, On the site there is a 'live chat' option, I tried it a number of time, but it was never available, the other option is to send a msg with the details of your enquiry, I wanted to return an incorrect order, they wanted an order number on the form something else, which could not be found!

No I will not order again, still have not received anything its been almost 2 months, cannot get in contact with them, the items were paid a day after my orders were made. Had to phone my credit card number to see if they could help me.

Don't order ever from these people, its been 3 months my order has never arrived, trouble ticket was always responded with automated script, so please don't order

Ordered in august. Still received nothing. They replied to me on this site said they would refund. No refund. Save your self the headache.
