It says is free, but only free to create the account. If you want information about available rooms for rent you have to pay in order for you to get the information. If you pay and send messages to the people that have rooms for rent 99.1% of the time there's no response

You can list for free but pay to see responses. I paid for a few days and found two roommates.

No, its not free. They make you pay before you can see anything. I paid and then never got responses about any of the apartments I inquired about.
