Taylor I did what Analindar R. Advises and I waited... Romwe did not respond until I put them on Blast with sitejabber and their response was almost immediate. They seem to be a company very concerned with their public reputation. After my review WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER, I received a response that I was none to happy with and I Blasted them again. I don't recommend to do that as a starting point. I started by first emailing them, I tried to reach someone on their bogus phone number and live chat and received no response until my sitejabber reviews. Since my WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER- REVISITED. Romwe reps are blowing my email up and they even went beyond their own policy and even refunded my shipping, doing so not in the projected 20 days after I got email from them but within days. Thank you ROMWE Way to go!. And thank you SITEJABBER for giving me the forum to finally be heard by Romwe CSR. So my suggestion is to start nice but if you have to and playing by the rules don't work, stop playing nice. Use sitejabber to tell the world if Romwe is dragging their feet to do the right thing.
