Your package should be shipped on the 1st of May which is 10 business days after the 19th April. From then, the day your package arrives depends on which country you live in. For me (Australia), it took 1.5 weeks after the package was shipped.

I got half of my order in like 3 days but then the rest was "processing" for a couple of weeks before it shipped, it's hard to say for sure when stuff will get to you.

Probably never if you don't stay on them! I had the worst experience with this company and wish I would have checked their reviews before ordering. And to top it all off, the clothes did not fit even after I spoke with customer service to get my right size.
