I have been trying to cancel my order from ROMWE for three days now. I tried to cancel it moments after ordering it due to a change of heart. They have not cancelled it and have already taken the payment from my card. How can I fix this? No one will respond at all.

DUDEEE, don''t cancel, when you cancel it, you won't get your money back. You should dispute through your credit card / paypal account. Cancel the transaction through there or empty your bank acc so that there is insufficient fund to pay for romwe

You can try messaging them in the live chat when it's morning time in China. But honestly speaking I did the same and nothing came out of it.
