Hi, I have created an account and made a purchase from ROMWE but have not received any emails for the site (I have checked my junk and checked that my email is correct in the account settings) should I be concerned?

You will get your order... eventually. Write a review detailing your frustration and post it here. They will respond immediately. I got a couple of cute things, but it took them forever to ship. I don't reccommend.

U wont receive any email of your bill but you will receive an email saying thank you for your purshase. I would

I would go back to the email confirming your Order or on the website view your order. There will be a link or a code that will take you to a tracking page. There you can see where it is, and if it has even left yet. They won't send you notifications except for the actual delivery so you will want to check it often from the website

I have the same answer as claudia had, but it took along time to get it around 3 to 4 weeks

No don't be concerned. They don't send an email once you have purchased anything. Where you are logged in on Romwe click on the account name and you should see "My Orders". Once you made the purchase it will say Processing then after a few days Shipped, and finally Delivered. :)

With them there not a normal site you see like walmart or amazon. They will use your card information for other sources... Yes you should be concerned. I made a big deal about it and messaged there costomer service and FINALLY send my stuff. Yoi literally have to bug them for your info and product.
