Hello, I just wondering how long time it takes to delivery? And why your charge the retail price and not the price that the website shows as a sale? It is scam?, how the 60% off of 256 will be just only 50 dollars less...

Because the country and the shipping way are different, the delivery time is also different. Maybe you can refer to http://www.romwe.com/Free-Shipping-a-471.html. About the coupon, actually the coupon discount is based on the original price of each item. If the item is on sale and have a larger discount than the coupon discount, then it cannot enjoy the coupon discount any more.
Attention: One order can only use one coupon.

Hi this has never happened to me before, but I recommend getting in touch with Romwe, via email to explain why that is occurring; there would probably be some logical explantion.

If the item is already 55% off, you would only receive another 5% off that item. It's 60% off retail, not sale price.
