Do not touch them with a bargepole demi I! They made me so angry after my daughter spent her brithday money on clothing from this store. The items never arrived and it was hell getting her money back. Be warned! Try and find a UK online store that stocks the same items (we did), it was a competent different experience.

I do believe in playing fair, email Romwe give them a chance to clean up their act which should not take long. We live in this wonderful age of cyberspace where life is lived in the matter of milliseconds, and I know from experience with Romwe that if given the proper incentive (bad publicity) they will act promptly. I was told that it would take 10-20 business days to get my refund, with a little negative publicity I got it in two. I love that sitejabber has such a fine reputation for providing open and fair valuation of a company's public status, that it truly matters to company's that care for their global reputation not to get bad reviews on this site. That is why I suggest trying to resolve issue quietly between you and Romwe, for their benefit if they take it, but if they don't respond in a timely manner. If they don't make 'em sing:>) "who let the dog's out" woof woof.
And always be gracious and thank them for kindly responding if they do.
