I signed up for the trial and immediately canceled my account within an hour. They simply didn't have what I needed. However, despite receiving a cancelation email from them confirming my account had been downgraded to be free membership, I received three charges on my credit card for $39.95! The dates charged are on 5/26,6/2, and 6/30. The charge dates make zero sense.

I'm disputing the charges with my credit card company. I've emailed them to refund me, but the person only refunded one of the charges so now I'm going back and forth with them.

Beware of this company.

There is no way to cancel it in their website and if you send them a email, they will not answer you. Stay away from that huge rip off

I emailed them and they said they canceled but i have not seen credit card bill yet to see if they did

You are welcome to end your membership at any time.
