Question:

Why does your company NEVER return calls on the AVRS. No way to ever talk with anybody. Extremely POOR management practices.

I have tried several times to reach this company about questions regarding payment. Always get AVRS and leave a call back number. NEVER a call back.

Answer:
Ignorance. We have changed from Rizzetta due to lack of management integrity and organizational skill ineptness.

Question:

Does Rizzetta and Company practise selective enforcement? Does the same attorney that represents the HOA also represent the management Company?

Answer:
Yes they do. I lived in Fishhawk Ranch and the rules don't apply to every homeowner. Attorney represents both Fishhawk and Rizzetta which is not proper
