i signed up with this company for one time and paid 1.95$ and not opted for any subscription. Still after that, i have been charged $19.95.

Had the same misunderstanding, $1.95 became $19.95 a month and the again. But I just hadnt read the small print. After calling the 844 customer service # I spoke with Victor in Costa Rica and he was very friendly and helpful.
And this was on a Sunday.
