David Hoppe, you have already bee refunded. And the chat support is available as indicated by the green chat icon on the right panel.

Chat page. If it's a refund though, they won't do anything about it. I've asked them to remove the charge three times and they have yet to remove it.

They have a chat page on their website, that's probably the best you're going to get.
