Same here. I had to have capital one return the money to my card. Raveready is a JOKE! I'm sorry you are experiencing this because I know how frustrating it is. I hope you can get your money back.

I used a credit card and called them to file a dispute of the charges. The credit card company refunded them and that's how I was able to get my money back. You'll never get an answer on the phone or email back. Just hear the disco music over and over
