I'm a new member and I don't know much. I do know they buy and sell gift cards but, I don't know the commission rates. Sorry I couldn't be more help. The customer service staff is very friendly and helpful if you call them.

I'm sorry that Marc K. Had problems with customer service. I've contacted Raise Support many times over the past year and always had my issues resolved very quickly.

The commission is fairly reasonable if you have no use for the card. However, the customer service suck and would be concerned about using the site further. I had a lot of trouble logging to my account to claim my payment and then they call you back 4 (or 5) days later and act as if it completly normal that they blew you off.

I have only bought gift cards never sold. Can you contact them and negotiate a deal. Seems as if that would work since the ones I buy are varied rates

Yes, they get a commission for advertising your card.
