No one is replying to my emails on customer service and no one is checking my messages at Facebook. I have ordered a bag and now I am starting to believe that the entire site is a scam. Please get back ASAP.

! 00% genuine. I have ordered so many things but be careful to check the times once received. Some Items have defects but you just return them and they pay for courier. So you money is safe.
